About MyToolkitBox

Small tools for everyday work.

MyToolkitBox is a free collection of practical online utilities for the small tasks that come up every day — converting a file, cleaning up text, checking a value, or getting a quick answer without installing anything.

What MyToolkitBox is

MyToolkitBox brings together dozens of single-purpose tools in one place: image tools for resizing, converting, and inspecting pictures; PDF tools for merging, splitting, and organizing documents; text tools for counting, formatting, and transforming writing; unit and color converters; developer utilities for JSON, encoding, and tokens; and simple business helpers like QR codes and margin calculators.

The problem it solves

Most everyday file and text tasks are too small to justify installing software, yet too specific to do by hand. The web is full of tools for these jobs, but many are slow, covered in ads, or quietly upload your files to a server. MyToolkitBox exists to be the straightforward alternative: open a tool, do the job, and get on with your day.

How it works

Many MyToolkitBox tools process your content directly in your browser. For those tools, your files and text are handled on your own device rather than uploaded to a server — which makes them fast, keeps working even with a weak connection, and means your content stays private by default. There are no accounts and no sign-up forms; every tool works the moment the page loads.

Our approach

We build for clarity over cleverness. Each tool does one job, explains itself in plain language, and gets out of the way. We keep the site free, lightweight, and honest about what it does — including in our Privacy Policy, which describes the current site exactly as it is.

What's next

MyToolkitBox is growing. New tools are added regularly, and additional ideas — such as optional ways to keep your work across devices — are planned for the future. Anything new will be clearly labeled when it becomes available, and our policies will be updated to match before it launches.

Help center

Every tool works the same way: open it, add your input, and get your result. If something goes wrong, check the FAQ on the tool's page or reach out via the contact page.
